Delivery Information

The Seller undertakes to ship the Goods to the Buyer in a door-to-door courier system. At the moment of handing over the Goods to the courier company with which he collaborates, the Seller discharges himself from the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods. The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.


The seller will deliver the Goods on the territory of Romania.


Blinkers Brew (Store Name) offers the following delivery methods:


1. Delivery in Timisoara and surroundings (Chisoda, Dumbravita, Ghiroda, Giroc and Misnita Noua) maximum 48 hours from the order, Delivery in maximum 2 days:


Between 0 and 100 RON - 24 RON;

Free delivery for orders over 200 RON.


2. Courier: Delivery in 1-4 days. The shipping price is displayed at Checkout and can vary between 20 and 40 lei depending on the final weight of your order.


IMPORTANT: The shipping amount displayed is informative and may undergo changes. The customer of the BlinkersBrew website (store name) will be notified before the package is sent regarding the shipping amount that undergoes these changes.


IMPORTANT: In December, being a month when courier companies are very busy, there may be small delays (between 1 and 3 days)


IMPORTANT: Orders outside the courier company's coverage area are charged an additional transport fee between 15 and 50 RON (depending on the number of additional km).


Order Acceptance and Return of Goods


Acceptance will be made when the Goods comply with the Specifications mentioned in the Order. If the Buyer discovers that the delivered Goods do not conform to the Specifications, then the Seller will bring the Goods into conformity. Also, for the products sold and delivered by the first Seller Blinkers Brew online store (Store name).


The buyer benefits from returning the Goods within 30 days.


The seller accepts the return of any Good, provided that the returned Good is not damaged, does not contain traces of use and is returned in its original packaging, also undamaged, with all documents included. If the product has damaged packaging or no packaging, then the product cannot be returned. If you want to return a product, you must send us a notification by email.


The return costs will be fully borne by the Buyer, and the reimbursement of the product value will be made within 30 days of receiving the Good.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the return. For orders paid in cash on delivery to the courier company or to the own delivery service, the buyer should be contacted by phone or e-mail to request a bank account for the deposit of the amount related to the returned order, or the money can be returned in cash in person at the seller's headquarters.
